When you attend at least 10 Goddess classes, you get one complimentary month of Little Lotus (postnatal/baby yoga) classes for free!
Post delivery, learn simple postnatal yoga poses and techniques that aid in development of fine motor skills for your baby in our Little Lotus (postnatal/baby) class dedicated to the postpartum period and our baby yogis 2-3 to 12 months who are starting to get to know the world.
